What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, and Google Pay. Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.
I didn't get a confirmation email. What do I do?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.
What do I do if something is out of stock?
Sign up for the waitlist. You'll be the first to know if we restock.
What is the status of my order?
Orders typically ship out within 2-3 Business Days. Once shipped, they can take up to 4-5 business days to arrive for domestic orders and 9-16 days to arrive for international orders.
Check the status of your order via the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer both digital and physical gift cards. A24 gift cards can only be redeemed at shop.a24films.com.
How do I receive a digital gift card?
You’ll receive a separate email in addition to your order confirmation email. That separate email will contain your digital gift card and details on how to redeem it. Both of these emails will be delivered to the email address you used to place your order.
Can I pay for a gift card using installment payments?
No, unfortunately you cannot pay for a gift card using installment payments. Orders must be paid in full at checkout.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your gift card code and we can check your balance.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Enter your gift card code in the discount code area at checkout. A24 gift cards can only be redeemed at shop.a24films.com.
My gift card code is giving me an error. What should I do?
Please email us at email@example.com and include your gift card code and we can assist you. Please note that discounts cannot be applied to gift card orders.
Can I reload a gift card?
No, unfortunately gift cards cannot be reloaded. You’ll have to order a new card.
Can I cancel my gift card order?
No, unfortunately gift cards cannot be canceled or refunded.

How much does shipping cost?
- US shipping for orders under $35 costs $5.
- US shipping for orders of $36-$62 costs $7.
- US shipping for orders of $63-$99 costs $10.
- US orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Posters, the Hereditary Gingerbread Treehouse Kit, and Weekender Bag are speciality items and do not qualify for free shipping.
- International shipping varies by country and is calculated at checkout
- Iceland shipments are subject to additional duties and taxes upon delivery
I messed up my address! Can I fix it?
Email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t already shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
A24 is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help figure it out. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of placing your order and so long as your item remains unopened. Please understand that our items are limited and we might not have your desired size. We cannot exchange one item for a different item. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the size you would like.
Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns. If you have an issue, please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of placing your order and we will try our best to find a solution. Please include your order number in the subject line.
How long does the refund take to process?
It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your account. We can only issue a refund to the original payment method.
